“I rated this experience 4 stars vs. 5 stars simply due to the confusion around where to meet the driver for this transport, otherwise the experiene would get 5 stars. In the Lisbon airport, there is an area where representatives are coordinating passengers with their respective company services & drivers. Due to the onslaught of intl passengers arriving in a small time window, it is a bit overwhelming unless you know where to check in. Once I figured this out, the young lady who was managing the logistics was very friendly and accommodating.
