“The boat left, I was in the location and I was waiting that someone would call me. Nobody called and they left. I called the operator in time to check if someone there u pick me up and thats when he said boat left. They don’t even call on the phone and we tourist come from long distances and don’t even have time to visit again. What a shame! And operator was even adamant to call up the staff and check if I can board it. So unprofessional!”
